"I called in the morning for a quote. A lady in the office said she would have someone call me back. I waited 2 hours for a call back. I decided to call back and check on the Status. Erica answered. I politely reminded her that I was waiting for a returned called. She asked me what it was regarding and reminded her of the vehicle. She immediately hung up on me!! I called back. A different lady answered, was connected to Mark (he seemed really bothered). He said he was going to send an email with info. Never received one. Called a different office and they were able to help us! Just so crazy because we’re already a customer and just needed a quote to move the business from a different state. They were rude and I wouldn’t recommend using them. We went to a different office. Mark - His name was Casey. I still do not have an email from him and never received a call back. This is now 24 hours later."
